Because people who look over black pets likely do so subconsciously. Because black dogs and cats don’t stand out like lighter dogs; Black dogs aren’t noticed as much in their kennels or photos. This often causes them to be overlooked when people visit the shelter…There are also many negative stereotypes of black dogs because of superstitions!I personally like black dogs and cats on a black background. That is one of the most beautiful artwork!
